Delete your ActionBoard account
Request deletion of your account and the personal data we hold about you.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below using the email address registered to your account.
- We verify the request by replying to that email address. Check your inbox and reply to confirm.
- Once confirmed, we delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
Data that is deleted
- Account profile: name, email address, phone number and profile image
- Sign-in credentials and connected social login identities
- AI pods, boards, actions, comments and files you created
- Uploaded documents, knowledge-base content and AI chat history
- Notification settings, preferences and device tokens
Data that may be retained
- Invoices, payment and tax records, kept for the period required by applicable law
- Records needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or enforce our terms
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you
- Encrypted backups, which are overwritten on their normal rotation schedule
